Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have any questions prior to making your purchase, please contact us at info@smokekind.com.

We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you bought a Kind Gummy product at a retail store or through a website other than www.kindgummy.com, please address any issues directly with the place of purchase, as we cannot monitor what happens to our products once they leave our control.

If you purchased directly from www.kindgummy.com and encounter an issue with your order, you may be eligible for a refund, provided that you notify us within 10 days of receiving your product. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be considered if you have not contacted us within 10 days of the delivery date.

While we take pride in the quality of our products, the effectiveness of cannabinoids like HHC varies by individual and is not a valid reason for a refund.

If your product arrives damaged or if your order is missing items, you must notify us on the day of delivery via phone or email at info@smokekind.com. Your email must include:

- Your order number in the subject line (e.g., “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #(Insert your order number)”)
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos of the product in question
- Photos of the box
- Photos of the packing slip

Once we receive this information, we will assess the situation. This review process may take up to 5 business days, or longer depending on the issue. Failure to provide all requested information may result in an automatic denial of your request.

For valid claims of damaged or broken products, return shipping will depend on the specific product(s) ordered and available options. Typically, we will either send you a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for USPS First Class shipping. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US UNTIL YOU HAVE DISCUSSED THE SHIPPING DETAILS WITH US. We cannot issue a replacement without receiving and inspecting the original product to confirm it has not been used.

Damages and Issues  
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and address it. Proof of the issue and return of the original product will be required.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend that customers purchase Route shipping protection at checkout to safeguard their orders. If you have purchased Route shipping protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim directly with Route to seek resolution.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for Route Shipping & Protection.
